What is our returns policy?

Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery for UK orders and within 30 days of receipt for International orders. We kindly request that you try on, handle, and repack the items with care. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags still attached. This means the items must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, and perfume, and have all original tags attached. Failure to return items in their original condition may result in the inability to process refunds or exchanges. Please note that an additional postage cost will be incurred for you to receive your item/order back.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTS are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged. Refunds for full-priced items will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items can be exchanged or processed as a credit note to be used on our site. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Are Returns free?

For UK returns, you can return your items via your local post office using the returns address information included in your parcel. However, please note that this service is not paid for, and the return postage cost will be your responsibility. We recommend sending back your items tracked and signed for to ensure their safe delivery. We cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.

For international returns outside of the UK, we do not provide free returns labels and cannot be held responsible for any return postage costs. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange.

I have lost my invoice. How can I get a new one?

If you have lost your invoice, there’s no need to worry. Simply include a note inside your package with your order number, full name, and reason for returning your item, and we will still be able to process your return as normal.

How do I return my order for an exchange?

If you need to swap a size or would like something completely different, please fill in the returns form and indicate the item you wish to receive in place of your returned item. Please provide details such as colour and size. Once we receive your return receipt, we will process the exchange for you.

Please note that if the new item is out of stock or if you wish to order something of higher value than your returned item, we can process a credit note for you to use on your order.

My order or exchange is incorrect

We apologize for any issues with your order. If you have received the wrong item, please send images of the incorrect item, the packaging it was delivered in, and the invoice included inside your parcel to info@nodaysoffuk.store. Our customer service advisors will promptly resolve this issue for you.

My refund amount is incorrect

We apologize for any discrepancies in your refund amount. Please send an image of your returns postage receipt to info@nodaysoffuk.store, along with the names of the items you returned. We will investigate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process my refund or exchange?

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse. Please note that weekends are not included in working days. For exchanges, the delivery of your exchanged item may take 2-3 working days for UK orders and up to 14 working days for international orders. If you require a replacement item within two weeks of receiving your initial product, we recommend re-order.

1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the website Nodaysoffuk.store (referred to as “the Website”), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. The terms “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the individual accessing the website and accepting the terms and conditions of our company, Endoiré Ltd. The terms “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us” refer to NODAYSOFFUK registered in England with the Company number ***********, located at Brentford, London. The terms “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms used in these terms and conditions are interchangeable and refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for the provision of our services and products, in accordance with prevailing English Law.

2) SALES CONTRACT

Orders placed on the Nodaysoffuk.store website for our fitness products are considered offers to enter into a sales contract. The sales contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you agree to have obtained permission from the bill payer to enter into a contract with us. This contract is between you and us, and no other person has the right to enforce its terms without our agreement.

3) ORDER PLACEMENT

The ordering process on our website will guide you through the necessary steps. You can review and amend your order before submitting it to us. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging its receipt. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. We will send you a Dispatch Confirmation email to confirm the acceptance and dispatch of the products. The Contract between us is formed upon receipt of the Dispatch Confirmation. If we are unable to verify your delivery or payment information, we may restrict delivery to the address registered to your credit or debit card.

4) PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards (Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron), and PayPal payments. Your chosen payment method will be debited when you click on the “confirm” button. The credit card used for payment must be in the name of the person placing the order and presented during delivery for verification and signature. We do not store credit card details or share customer information with third parties. Please note that when using Klarna’s payment methods, your personal data may be passed to Klarna for assessment and customization of payment methods, processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy notice.

5) PRICING AND VAT

All prices listed on the Nodaysoffuk.store website include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. If the VAT rate changes between the order and delivery date, we will adjust the VAT accordingly. VAT is not charged on orders outside the European Union. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may end the Contract, refund any payments made, and request the return of the products provided.

6) DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address specified during the order process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. We are not liable for delayed or missing deliveries, but we will offer replacements for missing deliveries caused by third-party faults, subject to a sufficient time period and your assistance in any subsequent investigations. We do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses. We will only refund outbound postage costs for the least expensive common/standard

By using our website, Nodaysoffuk.store, you agree to the limitations of liability outlined in these terms and conditions. This includes indemnifying us from any liabilities, expenses, and damages resulting from your use of the website, including any claims that would constitute a breach of these terms and conditions. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid for any confirmed order. Neither party is liable for any loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage. However, this does not exclude liability for fraud, breach of statutory duty, or any obligations imposed by law. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations. During such events, our performance is suspended, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation and fulfill our obligations under the contract.
